Power Dental Studio zirconia hybrid final restorations are engineered for strength, precision, and long-term reliability. We stand behind our craftsmanship with a clear, straightforward pledge ensuring you can trust the integrity of every case we design.
Our Pledge: For restorations designed by Power Dental Studio, we guarantee -
Material Integrity: Coverage against fractures or structural failure due to material defects.
Workmanship: Protection against manufacturing-related issues affecting fit or function.
Delamination & Chipping: Assurance against excessive chipping or separation of veneering materials under normal use.
If a covered issue occurs within the lifetime of the restoration, Power Dental Studio will repair or replace the restoration at no charge.
Pledge Exclusions: Our goal is to support long-term clinical success, and this pledge is designed to cover material and manufacturing integrity. However. certain factors fall outside of our pledge coverage -
Cases not designed by Power Dental Studio - Arches sent for copy milling or fabrication based on an external design are not eligible for this pledge.
Implant failure - If one or more implants in the arch fail, requiring a new prosthetic, the restoration itself is not eligible for pledge replacement.
Post-delivery Adjustments & Modifications - Any damage resulting from occlusal adjustments, modifications, or improper use is not covered.
Unauthorized Repairs or Alterations - Repairs or modifications made outside of Power Dental Studio may affect the integrity of the restoration and are not covered.
Changes in Patient Oral Health - This pledge does not extend to issues related to biological changes, shifting, or conditions unrelated to material or manufacturing defects.
Final Design Approval & Pledge Limitations - To ensure efficiency and predictability, this pledge does not cover changes to tooth size., shape, or shade (teeth or gingiva) after design approval. Any modifications requested after approval & production will be treated as a new case and may require additional fees.
To maintain eligibility under the Power Dental Studio Lifetime Pledge, updated grammetry/photogrammetry scans must be submitted at Stage 2. Cases without updated scans on file at Stage 2 will no longer qualify for Lifetime Pledge coverage or associated warranty support.
In certain clinical situations involving increased AP spread, extended cantilevers, or other biomechanical risk factors, the Power Dental Studio clinical team may recommend a titanium bar as part of the final restoration design. If the prescribing clinician elects to proceed against this recommendation, warranty coverage and Lifetime Pledge eligibility may be limited or voided at the discretion of the Power Dental Studio lab team.
Pledge Claim Process: To request a replacement under this pledge, the prescribing doctor must provide -
Original case details, including patient name, case number, and date of original delivery.
Clinical photos and supporting records that document the issue and confirm proper fit, occlusion, and function prior to failure.
Return of the restoration for evaluation before a replacement or repair is issued. Power Dental Studio reserves the right to review each case and determine the appropriate resolution. Zirconia Hybrid Final Restoration Pledge
* Titanium bars will be required for: Any case that has a distance between implant sites greater than 20mm, as well as any case with a cantilever greater than 12mm.
Additionally, for any case using the OptiSplint grammetry system, the lab requires the clinician to return the physical product to the lab for verification of Stage 2 designs before proceeding to the final restoration.
