Power Dental Studio is not a substitute for the professional judgment of a licensed dentist, surgeon, restorative doctor, or other treating provider.

2. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful business, informational, educational, and service-related purposes only.

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, systems, accounts, or data

  • Interfere with website security or performance

  • Upload malware, viruses, harmful code, or unauthorized files

  • Scrape, copy, harvest, or misuse website content or data

  • Misrepresent your identity, authority, organization, or relationship with a patient, provider, practice, DSO, vendor, or partner

  • Submit false, incomplete, misleading, or unauthorized information

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to our website or services if we believe these Terms have been violated.

3. Professional Responsibility

Dental providers, practices, surgeons, restorative doctors, and other treating professionals are solely responsible for:

  • Diagnosis

  • Treatment planning

  • Patient communication

  • Patient consent

  • Clinical decision-making

  • Case approval

  • Reviewing designs, records, and restorations

  • Final seating, placement, adjustment, and delivery

  • Determining whether a product, restoration, material, workflow, or recommendation is appropriate for a patient

  • Compliance with professional, legal, licensing, and ethical obligations

Power Dental Studio may provide design, fabrication, workflow, technical, educational, and support services, but final clinical responsibility remains with the treating provider.

4. Case Submissions and Provider Responsibilities

When submitting a case, file, scan, RX form, photo, record, message, or other information to Power Dental Studio, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have authority to submit the information

  • The information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge

  • You will review and approve designs, files, and final products before clinical use

  • You will notify Power Dental Studio promptly of any errors, changes, concerns, or special instructions

Power Dental Studio is not responsible for errors, delays, remakes, fit issues, clinical issues, or other problems caused by inaccurate records, incomplete submissions, poor scan quality, improper clinical information, missing instructions, late approvals, or changes made after work has begun.

5. Accounts, Portals, and Login Areas

Certain parts of our website or services may require an account, login, portal, or approved access.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.

We may suspend or terminate account access at any time if we believe access has been misused, compromised, or used in violation of these Terms.

6. Quotes, Pricing, Orders, and Payment

Pricing, quotes, estimates, invoices, turnaround times, and availability are subject to change unless otherwise stated in writing.

By approving an order, submitting a case, or authorizing work, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, shipping charges, rush fees, remake fees, material fees, design fees, service fees, and other charges associated with the requested work.

Custom dental design, milling, fabrication, and case-related services may become non-cancelable or non-refundable once work has started, materials have been ordered, production has begun, or a file has been designed, milled, printed, fabricated, or shipped.

Late payments may result in paused work, delayed shipments, account restrictions, collection activity, or other remedies allowed by law.

7. Turnaround Times and Shipping

Turnaround times, design times, milling times, production schedules, event dates, delivery dates, and shipping estimates are estimates only unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Power Dental Studio is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incomplete or inaccurate case information

  • Missing approvals

  • Poor scan or file quality

  • Provider changes or revisions

  • Supply chain delays

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Weather

  • Technology issues

  • Vendor delays

  • Force majeure events

  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control

Risk of loss may transfer according to the shipping, delivery, invoice, or order terms applicable to the case.

8. Design Review, Approval, and Clinical Use

All digital designs, try-ins, restorations, guides, files, and related work must be reviewed by the submitting provider or authorized clinical team before use.

You are responsible for verifying:

  • Patient identity

  • Case accuracy

  • Fit

  • Function

  • Occlusion

  • Esthetics

  • Material selection

  • Implant or component compatibility

  • Final clinical suitability

You agree not to use any design, product, restoration, or file clinically until it has been reviewed and approved by the responsible provider.

9. Revisions, Remakes, Repairs, and Adjustments

Revision, remake, repair, adjustment, and replacement eligibility may depend on the facts of the case, the type of product or service, provider instructions, clinical use, material, timing, case records, and applicable written policies.

Power Dental Studio may request photos, scans, records, returned products, case notes, or additional documentation before determining whether a revision, remake, repair, credit, or replacement is appropriate.

Additional charges may apply when the issue is caused by incomplete records, inaccurate information, changed treatment plans, poor scan quality, improper seating, improper handling, patient-related factors, provider modification, misuse, neglect, trauma, or circumstances outside Power Dental Studio’s control.

10. Lifetime Pledge and Limited Warranty

Where expressly offered by Power Dental Studio, certain restorations designed by Power Dental Studio may be covered by a Lifetime Pledge or limited warranty. Any pledge, warranty, repair, replacement, or coverage is subject to the specific written terms provided by Power Dental Studio for that product or service.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, coverage does not apply to issues caused by:

  • Accident, trauma, abuse, neglect, or misuse

  • Improper seating, adjustment, bonding, placement, or clinical handling

  • Changes made by anyone other than Power Dental Studio

  • Implant, abutment, component, or hardware failure

  • Patient oral condition, bite changes, parafunction, disease, bone loss, hygiene, or other biological factors

  • Treatment plan changes

  • Inaccurate or incomplete records

  • Improper storage, cleaning, maintenance, or use

  • Normal wear and tear outside the stated coverage

  • Products, files, or materials not designed or provided by Power Dental Studio

Power Dental Studio’s sole obligation under any applicable pledge or warranty is repair, replacement, credit, or another remedy determined by Power Dental Studio in accordance with the applicable written policy.

Patients should contact their treating dental provider for diagnosis, treatment planning, clinical questions, complications, emergencies, and follow-up care.

13. Intellectual Property

16. Communications

By contacting Power Dental Studio or submitting your contact information, you authorize us to respond by phone, email, text message, or other reasonable communication methods.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent us from sending service-related, case-related, account-related, billing-related, or legally required communications.

17. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, portals, social media platforms, event pages, payment tools, file transfer tools, resources, or partner websites.

Power Dental Studio is not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, privacy practices, security, availability, or terms. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms and policies.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Power Dental Studio and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, vendors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to:

21. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website, portal, resources, communications, or services at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, misused our services, failed to pay amounts owed, created security risk, submitted improper information, or engaged in conduct harmful to Power Dental Studio, our customers, partners, patients, vendors, or systems.
