To move forward with your stage 2 prototype you will need the following:
IOS scans of Upper / Lower / Bite
Include transition of prosthetic to gingiva and full palate / retromolar space
Remove temporized arch and scan healed tissue with recommended healing / suturing caps including full palate and retromolar
If you torque or change abutments, you must capture the restorative platform using grammetry or photogrammetry)
Photos of patient with current provisional in mouth
Update RX to include any changes requested to design or aesthetics
